I lost my serial number.

If you have lost your serial number of our subscription, you can check at "My Account" of our Online Store.
When you log in to “My Account“, please click “Subscriptions” on the left in the page. On which you can find your contracted subscriptions.
Please proceed "view” of the subject order. You can find a serial number for your purchased license.

You can also check the validiy of your license in "My Account".
