Subscription renewal manual operation is now availalbe at our online store. "manual renewal"

New Option for Subscription Renewal : by Manual Operation

Thank you for ordring our adobe illustrator plug-ins at our Online Store.
Our subscribed plug-ins were automatically renewal which was only available option. However, we have now new option. Subscription renewal by manual operation is availalbe.

Check your current subscriptions renewal mode

If you contracted our subscription plug-ins initially by 31st March 2024, the original setting is “Auto renew”. This means your annual renewal will be automatical.
On the other hand, if your initial contract of our subscription plug-ins are on or after 1st April 2024, "Auto renew" is OFF in the default setting. This means the renewal of plug-in will be non-automatic but by your manual operation.

How to check your current subscriptions renewal mode

You can check your current mode at "My Account"

1: Log in to "My Account" at our Online Store

2 : Go to "Subscriptions"

3 : Select a subject order

4 : Check the renwal mode

Auto Renewal

If you contacted our subscription plug-ins initially by 31st March 2024, the original setting is “Auto renew”.

Manual Renewal

In case you ordered our subscription plug-ins initially on or after 1st April 2024, "Auto renew" is deactivated in the default setting.

How to update your subscriptions renewal mode

You can activate or deactiave " Auto renew" according to your preference.

Prefer Auto Renewal

If you toggle on "Auto renew", the annual renewal will be procecced automatically. You will receive a reminder mail in 30 days prior to subscription expiration date. Please ensure to updated your credit card details beforehand. The renewal will be processed on the day of expiration. Once completed, you will receive a renewal order notice with invoice by e-mail.

Prefer Renewal by manual operation

If you toggle off " Auto renew", the subscription will not be renewed automatically. You will receive a reminder mail in 30 days prior to subscription expiration date.
If you wish to extend the subscriptioin, please go to "My Account" and select the subject plug-in order from "Subscriptions". When you open the order, you can go to " Renew now".

Please ensure to update your credit card details beforehand. Once the process is completed, you will receive a renewal order notice with invoice by e-mail.
