End of support service for current plug-in products

This is our update about end of support service of our Adobe Illustrator plug-ins with perpetual licenses.
As we have announced on the last post, “Introduction of annual subscription plan” , we are going to terminate our sales and services of current plug-in products.
Sales of perpetual licenses will end on January 29th, 2021.
Technical support services for applicable products will end on September 30th, 2021.
Please kindly note that iPM plug-ins (plug-in products for apparel pattern making) will be exceptional.
How would it work after end of support service
After the end of our supports, the plug-ins will still work on Adobe Illustrator CS6-2020 as long as those versions of Illustrator work properly.
Therefore, if you do not wish to move to subscriptions currently, please do not update your Illustrator and maintain the current version.
(*Please kindly note that Illustrator 2020 on Big Sur is not supported by Adobe.)
Besides, please kindly note that you can continue to use our plug-ins with Adobe Illustrator CS6-2020. However, there will be no supports after September 30th, 2021.
Plug-ins with subscription plan compatible with Illustrator 2021
Our plug-ins with Illustrator 2021 compatible version will be available with subscription pricing plans.
It will be available on our Online Store from February 4th, 2021.
You can download an applicable plug-ins and check performances. Free trial ( 30 times ) is availalbe for all plug-ins.

Further tips
In case you have updated to Illustrator 2021 but you would not satisfy the feature and wish to back to Illustrator 2020, this is the guideline.
